“ Pretty much top tier pork ribs , the sides were on point too - slaw, beans , Mac. We also got the BLT and oh boy that was freaking delicious. Will definitely visit again ”
“ First, let me say the service is impeccable. Frank greeted me at the door with a smile and led me to my seat. The atmosphere is rustic and has an old-school Southern BBQ shack feel. If you are from the South you exactly what I mean. Now for the food. I ordered the Beef Rib, Wings, and the brisket sandwich. What can say is that the BBQ here is done right. The smoke ring and bark of the brisket was flawless. The smoke and seasoning on the wings were perfect. The Beef rib (only served on Sundays) was the star of the show! The bark and flavor profile on this rib would have championship pit masters singing its praises. The meat does not need sauce it's almost blasphemous to do so. However, the sauces they provide are immaculate. Overall the experience, food, service, and atmosphere are top-notch and far superior to any BBQ I have experienced in the area and it has been many. Check them out you will not be disappointed. ”

I also tried the mac and cheese—amazing cheese pull, though it could’ve used a bit more flavor. My partner went for the pulled pork fries, topped with beans and cheese over perfectly crispy, well-seasoned fries. The pork was melt-in-your-mouth tender and paired really well with the crema from the street corn and the hot BBQ sauce on the side. ”

I had the ribs and brisket. they were tender and tasty along with the home made BBQ sauces. All of the staff members that we interacted with were great. “ Had heard so many good things about this place...!! When we walked in, we were greeted by cheerful staff and an amazing smell of smoked meat! The glaze that's on the ribs was so good, you didn't need sauce! The meat fell right off the bone with little effort. The brisket was tender and juicy. The pulled pork was smoked, well seasoned and good even without sauce. The fries were crispy, seasoned and didn't need any dip. The potato salad is dill, so it wasn't good to me because I'm not a dill fan. The mac and cheese was basic and nothing to post about. The baked beans were phenomenal with pieces of smoked meat and onion throughout. ”

“ This is truly some good Ole Texas style barbecue. I came on Sunday to make sure I got the Dino rib because I'm a sucker for some good beef ribs and it was perfect. I also got some fatty side brisket and was so good it didn't even need BBQ sauce! I also got some baby back pok ribs which they glazed with honey. This was my first barbecue place I've tried in Saint Louis and set the bar pretty high. ”
